ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

In carrying out its business, Acoustic & Fire Door Solutions Ltd will: 

Minimise waste by evaluating operations and ensuring they are as efficient as possible. 

Actively promote recycling both internally and amongst its customers and suppliers. 

Source and promote a product range to minimise the environmental impact of both production and distribution. 

Meet or exceed all the environmental legislation that relates to the Company. 

Use only timber that is as a minimum legally sourced and where at all possible promote products that are harvested in a sustainable way such as those promoted by the relevant industry certification scheme(s). 

Not promote or use any timber species that is currently on the IUCN Red List of threatened species at Category “Near Threatened” or above 

Train all our employees in recognition of environmental impact of our operations and will promote continuous improvement of our procedures and processes with the aim of ensuring sustainability and reducing our environmental impact. 

Appoint a director of the business who is responsible for Environmental Policy and our operational impact on the environment.

QUALITY POLICY

Acoustic & Fire Door Solutions Limited are committed to the continuous improvement of our systems, processes and procedures such that we consistently deliver the highest quality of products and services to our customers. 

A cornerstone of our Quality Policy is that we encourage the active participation of all our employees in the continuous improvement process. 

The effectiveness of our Quality Management System will be verified by internal audits, supported, as appropriate, by external audits from our selected accreditation body. The results from these audits shall be recorded with any non-conformance's or other opportunities for improvement documented and monitored until closed out. 

The QMS will be reviewed annually via a formal Management Review. From this review, Quality Goals and Objectives will be defined for the subsequent 12 month period to ensure the ongoing development of our QMS and the continuous improvement of our customer service. 

We will engage with our key Suppliers to ensure the quality of their products and services meet the requirements of the Acoustic & Fire Door Solutions QMS and thereby contribute positively to the achievement of our Quality goals. 

We will review all Customer Quality concerns and respond to them in an expedient manner, identifying relevant corrective actions to preclude recurrence and to further strengthen our Quality Management System and customer service.
